Import a profession example right into the builder with one click.

Starting from a blank page is not the only route. Resume Builder HQ ships with hundreds of resumes and career templates you can import straight into the editor. This is the fastest way to see a strong resume structure.

Start from a profession example

The Resume Examples section lists 174 professions with real resume examples at entry, mid, and senior levels. Open the example closest to your target role.

Click Use This Example. The builder opens with that example's content and a matching design template already applied.

Start from a country CV preset

The Country Guides section includes country-specific CV formats. Importing one applies the right date format and layout conventions for that country, so your resume reads correctly to local employers.

Use the sample data option

Inside the builder, the draft menu offers a dummy data option. It loads a full sample resume so you can see how every element looks in your chosen template, then replace the content with your own.

Tip

Imported content is a starting point, not a final product. Replace all the sample contact and experience details with your own. The same content from two different people is easy for a recruiter to spot.

What is preserved

Importing never discards your saved draft unexpectedly. The imported example merges into the builder, and you keep full control of the result before you export.
